Refund Policy

At REI Reply, we strive to be transparent about our billing practices and usage costs from day one. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before subscribing or using our services. By creating an account or continuing to use REI Reply, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Refunds

REI Reply does not offer refunds on any subscription fees, usage charges, or related costs under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Partial months of service

Unused subscription time after cancellation

Pay-per-usage charges (AI, emails, SMS, calls, phone numbers, etc.)

Failed messages, delivery errors, or call connection issues

Perceived lack of usage or inactivity


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your REI Reply subscription at any time. To cancel:

Submit a cancellation request via our Support Page: www.reireply.com/support

OR complete the Cancellation Form at www.reireply.com/cancel

Important: Cancellation requests are effective immediately once received. You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation, including any outstanding usage fees.


3. Pay-Per-Usage Charges

All AI, email, SMS, and call usage within REI Reply is billed on a pay-per-usage basis. This includes (but is not limited to):

Outbound and inbound SMS messages

Outbound and inbound calls

AI conversation minutes

Email sends and email validation services

Phone number rentals/hosting fees

All usage costs are pass-through charges from our third-party provider, Twilio, and are billed directly to your REI Reply account.


4. No Refunds on Usage Charges

Because REI Reply passes these costs directly from Twilio to you:

There are no refunds for any usage, including failed or undelivered messages, dropped calls, or other transmission errors.

Costs for all usage are disclosed in detail within the REI Reply Training Center under the “Usage & Pricing” section, including phone number, SMS, email, and call rates.

You are solely responsible for monitoring and managing your usage within the platform.


5. Transparency of Costs

Upon account creation, all customers receive:

A Welcome Email that explains subscription fees, cancellation terms, and usage costs.

Access to the Training Center, which includes a full breakdown of Twilio rates and all REI Reply usage pricing.

By continuing to use REI Reply, you acknowledge you have received and understand these materials.


6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Because our policies are clearly communicated at signup, in the Welcome Email, and inside the Training Center, chargebacks or payment disputes filed for subscription fees or usage charges will be challenged with this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service as evidence.
